Up to 30 km on a single charge and Sleep Mode
On the other hand, the large 7650 mAh battery of the Mi Electric Scooter 3 provides enough battery life to make trips of up to 30 km on a single charge. It also features a new mode whereby, when the energy level is below 30% for more than 15 days, the Scooter 3 will automatically enter „Sleep Mode“ in order to protect the battery and prolong its lifespan.

Like all Xiaomi products, the Mi Scooter 3 has an elegant, simple and fully functional look, without any element that hinders driving. This way, its aesthetic highlights the black colour of the minimalist structure, made of a strong low-density aluminium alloy to improve thermal conductivity and increase its durability.

Of course, despite its strength, the Xiaomi 3 scooter retains the lightness (13.2 kg) that will allow us to carry it while climbing stairs, throw it in the boot of a car or take it on the train.

The latter will also be much easier thanks to the new folding system, which helps us to considerably reduce its dimensions in just 3 seconds.

Of course, the goal of good design goes far beyond simple beauty. Xiaomi also responds to safety standards when manufacturing its Electric Scooters. In fact, with this model it has improved both the hardware and the software of the scooter to fully comply with the EN 17128:2020 regulation for light motorised vehicles.

An example of this would be the dual braking system, which has both a disc brake on the rear wheel and an E-ABS anti-lock braking system on the front wheel, making the braking distance much shorter.

In addition, there is regenerative braking or KERS, which reduces the speed of the Mi Electric Scooter 3 by converting some of its kinetic energy into electrical energy and storing it for future use. This improves the emergency braking system and, at the same time, increases the vehicle’s battery life.
